Based on suspicions of harassment, a member of the work council (CSE) started a procedure to trigger an interal investigation. As the company didn’t take the situation seriously, the CSE had to take the case to the court.

Specifically, Don’t Nod is condemned to put in place a proper pipeline for employees to speak up, with CSE being directly involved, and training on sexism, sexist behaviours, gender identity and trans identities, following the CSE’s demands as well.

This is an important victory because it is rare for CSEs to be in the right conditions to push such a procedure to its end. We are happy that Don’t Nod’s CSE prevailed, and that the infringement on workers’ rights that we denounced was recognized!
