Shapes: Dot, Ring, Square, Diamond, Plus, Polygon (3 to 12 sides), Star, Horizontal Line, Vertical Line, OBS Source, Custom Image. Mix any two together with one slider for that broken-rhythm look.

Per-cell variation: Visibility chance, Twinkle (fade in/out), Size jitter, Rotation jitter, Hue jitter around your brand colour. Whole-grid: Scroll speed and angle. Drift and pulse, all per-cell on their own phase.
