Do what I'm hearing is the police are dangerous. Can we just take away their weapons? Maybe arm them with candy bars

I would like to take away their weapons in most situations and arm them with increased training, compassion, and empathy. But this is a systemic problem that needs a systemic solution as well. We need changes at all levels, imo
