I guess I'm extra frustrated because I can think up all these ideas of how to improve systems with all the data at our disposal, and I've always assumed The World Sucks because implementing those ideas was hard. Well, if it's supposedly so much easier to implement, why world still suck?

Implementation can be easy, but the hard part is prying loose those who most benefit financially from the status quo.
