Here's an idea: if you're a billionaire, you should have to carry a billionaire license. (🧵 1/) #BillionaireLicense

You have to apply in person and go back every month, in person, to demonstrate proof that you are still a billionaire. (🧵 2/) #BillionaireLicense

There is only one office where you can go so this. It's only open for a few hours at a mostly inconvenient time and has too few workers to handle the requests. (🧵 3/) #BillionaireLicense

If the office closes before you get your filing in, you need to come back the next day. The office is only open during work hours on weekdays and limited support at lunch time. (🧵 4/) #BillionaireLicense

You cannot send anyone else to do this for you. (🧵 5/) #BillionaireLicense

If you fail to show up, your billions are seized by the government and used to fund social programs. (🧵 7/) #BillionaireLicense
