They have a phone number and if it’s about in game stuff you can send a help ticket in game.

Which I can’t do becase I can’t pay a subscription when the EA side of my account is not mine. When I contact support they just do a password reset, every time and no solutions.

If the account isn’t yours, I’m not sure what they can do. But if you have your own account, they work with people who are not subscribers.
