Lost my job, tightened my Claude subscription, and my agents started dying at the usage limit. So the board got limit-aware: cards pause when the provider says no, resume at reset, and schedule around a weekly reserve and run windows. What did a budget cut last force you to build?

A weekly reserve is what I lacked. On 10/21 I ran three /code-review max passes in parallel, $45-59 each at list. The last ended on "You've hit your weekly limit" and the next 8 slots died on that same line. What I built was a rule, not code: nothing above xhigh in a slot, a budget cap per run.

Your "resume at reset" has one trap if it reads the refusal text. My logs printed the same weekly reset two ways: "resets Oct 22 at 8am" on 10/18, then "resets 8am" with no date on 10/21. Session limits add minutes: "resets 5:30pm". A parser built on one shape misses the next.
