I forgot to mention, but I have an update. The artist saw it, and proceeded to crept around the source code to add themselves as a character in the VN dev demo. They don’t know GameMaker. Such an easy engine, I swear!
Did I just really spend the past 3 hours making a multi-chapter live demonstration of how this visual novel engine works, that I've built in GameMaker, just so the writers know how it works? Yes, yes I did.
