It's going to be so much fun watching Alito, Thomas, and maybe Kavanaugh contort themselves to try to create standing for the DOJ, a third party, to intervene in something that hasn't happened yet.

Desperate, desperate times

Because it's never actually been about faith, the economy, manufacturing, abortion, or guns.

Pretty sure there was a situation in the past where the SCOTUS ruled that voter confusion during the voting process wasn't grounds for contesting a result. Anyone else rememer that?
