HAPPENING NOW: 9th Circuit Oral Arguments on DOJ's lawsuit against California voters. DOJ is arguing that there is massive amounts of non-citizens voting, and the harm is irreparable because once the ballot is separated from its envelope, you can't trace it to the voter. 1/
