Motioned tied 3-3, now trying to find a date before Viera resigns November 2, which would leave seat open and maintain 3-3 tie.

Council Member Bill Carlson is out sick today so hard to see the Rays bonding vote passing as he was swing vote for funding agreement.

Carlson called in and they retook the vote with Carlson voting yes to using debt to pay for the Rays.
