I always thought that as a treaty nation, you could referendum all you want, without the treaties signing off on it, a referendum isn't worth the paper its written on?

Something that’s good for people, their wallets, their communities’ economies, and the planet, something that other countries have and Canada needs, gets turned into a cynical weapon. The US is funding and amplifying this for sure.

Even Mexico has high speed trains. Canada is still in the 1960s.
