Yay, but, are we at the mercy of how quickly e-mails get through again? Loads of people didn't get the e-mail until well after the main batch of tickets had sold out last time, and it'll have even more of an impact when there are only two recordings available.

Have you considered a series in America? There are many comedians here that would be excellent. Having been a fan since series 1, I think it could be phenomenal. I’d volunteer my house for the Yank Task Cottage. Another idea would be a Champion of the Worst with all last place finishers competing.

Uh, yes. Yes they did. Then they produced it. It went 𝘢𝘣𝘺𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺. We do not talk about it. Some countries just should not have Taskmaster (I say from Germany, another country where a Taskmaster spin-off was considered and axed. Though we at least had the good sense to do so before the pilot aired)

I knew about that one and agree it was not watchable. I didn‘t mean a US copy, I want one with Alex & Greg with no format changes and some actually funny comedians. Folks like Anthony Jeselnik, Patton Oswalt, Steven Wright or Wanda Sykes.

Hm, I see what you mean. Don't think that'll happen, though, just by virtue of Alex already being so busy I'm surprised he ever sleeps. I really don't see where he'd find the time to 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 work on a US Taskmaster More likely, we'll get more Americans on TMUK in the future, now that there's precedent

The last couple of years there have been, around the same time as the comedy football match. I wasn't sure if the new studio location would affect that but I think actually Alex did say May in the raffle prize video, so hopefully!
