Give Klobuchar a DFL House and Senate, and there will be plenty of positive policy and budget movement. Give DeMuth a DFL House and Senate, and we'll be lucky to have a state budget next year. Primary is the time for protest voting. General is to vote for the least-bad viable candidate.
