Trump: "I'm also going to be issuing a $1 million bonus or reward or whatever you want to call it for anybody that reports voter fraud, leading to the arrest and conviction of somebody. We're giving that person $1 million."

I'm going to vote fraudulently, report myself, take a plea deal (community service or whatnot), and collect a nice little nest egg. I wonder if I'd have to pay taxes on that.
