We got my daughter out about 3 weeks ago. Living with a couple who open up their home to those who need to flee! Very grateful to them and relived she is no longer in Texas.

I live in TX. The major cities are basically fine, but some of the rural areas can be a trip way back in time if you are not the "right kind." Add to that a shithole TX governor and dogshit staff, and you have Project 1864.

While some must leave for their own mental health and physical safety, there is also a need for people to stay and stand up and fight. The Republicans haven’t been ordained to rule Texas or any Red State. Their time will come.
