I'm going through user-made tilesets for an old DOS mahjong solitaire game and I found what's possibly the most evil one

I put it on the internet archive so you can play it in your browser, but it turns out this game lags so much that it's basically unplayable. Sorry. archive.org/details/mahj...

okay some people say it works for them. weird. maybe my laptop just sucks (it does)

The speed of the emulation depends 100% on the speed of your machine

I tried it on a faster machine (over RDP) and it was still almost unplayable because of the mouse movement being fucked. This game has some weird code, it runs slightly strange even in local dosbox. I'll have to figure out why it's like this

We do have weirdos like you who have, in the past, uploaded "fixed for modern machines" DOS programs that they futzed with to run better. I will say, for what little help it is, that there is some graphical aspect to DOS that our em-DOSBOX absolutely blasts into slow-mo mode over. This might be it.
