Last night I attended a group discussion event centered around kink. While I was geared up for it as someone who knows a thing or two on the subject, I was also conscious of the fact that I was going to be surrounded by a lot of folks who have a lot more experience actually *doing* it than I do.

People were fascinated by who I am, what I do, and what I said. I gave out my website to many of them that asked, and got acquainted with a lovely couple who had ✨immaculate✨gender vibes about them. Turns out they were going to a party that I'd passed up for the panel discussion. We went together.

The party was a 6 year anniversary celebration of a cafe-turned-bar that I frequented over the course of me getting therapy for my transition. During that time I befriended the owners, a lovely foreign couple, who got to see my progress over the years. Seeing them that night was amazing.
