As someone who also had AML, like Suleika, she is an inspiration. Her account of her cancer journey, Between Two Kingdoms, is a must read for anyone going through cancer or now living life as a survivor.

If you haven't been through cancer, you should still read the works of Suleika Jaouad. She also paints; her paintings are dreamlike and remind me of the paintings of a very strong but imperiled Frida Kahlo. Her posts on IG are informative yet light and written with a wonderful sense of humor.
