Any American discussion of Cuba that doesn't start and end with acknowledging that the USA has been strangling that country with sanctions for decades and now a full military blockade, directly causing their shortages, is completely unserious propaganda.

The American method for 'proving' that capitalism is 'the only system that works' is using force and coercion to kill any alternatives before they can ever have a chance to succeed.
