End70ies/80ies: we were students+uni teachers from 🇦🇹 on a field trip ("The country house in EN literature") incl day out in the Cotswolds.Soon we realised the local guide made us walk paths that needed to remain public. Strict "single file" order, soon we knew why: farmer with a rifle watching us...
