That hearing was absolutely gutting. That not a single Republican had the guts (or even sufficient curiosity) to attend, especially in the face of the courage of those speaking, tells you everything you need to know about the abysmal, soulless party running the country. Get rid of them all!

Absolutely shameful no republicans attended. At every turn republicans prove they are right wing authoritarian cowards instead of conservative politicians. None of them represent their constituents.

The should be supported after all the lies that were told.

In a civilised country, ex Presidents and Vice Presidents of a ruling party involved in this level of scandal would be on national TV condemning it, regularly. Your "democracy" is nearly over, the mediocre weakness of one party and the total venality of the other will finish the job.

Where are the law makers, where are the people for justice. I can not imagine what the families of the murdered members must be feeling. Deep sadness and loneliness that their love ones will be forgot. Defend and Protect is the law, now do it!!
