Now my household is dealing with elderly parent's admin as well as ours, shit customer service is more than an irritant, it's destructive, doubles or trebles the resolution time and adds a huge dollop of stress. Instant boycott from me if you use AI customer servs. I will insist on a human reply.

You are losing your customers when you do this to them ~ it is frustrating, causes resentment and, it sends a profoundly obnoxious message that customers do not matter.
