They should have all the titles and cup wins revoked during the time they were offending. They should be kicked down to the third division, just like Rangers were in Scotland. Pep knew this was going to happen and that's why he left.

Lets not forget there is no doubt quite a few teams ready to sue the bollox off City in their individual capacities now so they will be now be getting hammed rightfully from every angle.
