Sue the Judge for First A right to Free Speech.

So glad this made national waves! I live in Middle TN and wad shocked when I saw the local news report about this arrest, which was under such flimsy false pretenses it’s insane. Hope he sues the shit out of them and wins big.

Everyone involved that allowed this clear 1st amendment violation happen.

Mr. Bushart's retirement years are looking rosy! The lawsuit againt the sherrif and others will see him garnering a big passive income for life... courtesy of the sherrif's rank stupidity.

sheriffs have low key nearly unlimited power

Kangaroo courts, military in the streets, and a shrinking economy - the “third world” is looking at Trump like, ‘who’s the “$hithole” country now.

I hope he personally sues the idiots in the sheriff's office who had anything to do with this arrest. This was clearly retaliation for his speech.

We don’t have sheriffs here (uk), or deputies… or guns. Right wing racists here will try to conflate this sort of freedom of speech with people being jailed here for incitement to violence on sm. Eg the woman who told people to burn down hotels containing asylum seekers. It’s the same racism
