1000% It's actually very sad how much "scratching my own itch" creativity energy is being sunk into products that only 1 person will ever use, because scratching our own itches has become so cheap. Quite a counter-intuitive result.

I can't shake this thought that we're "coding past each other" - everyone building stuff with their sirens, but not spending enough time integrating other people's ideas.
