Hey, I worked on this feature. Extra time is needed for us to cook on handling adult sites. I know on its face it looks as you described, so I get it. But wanted to provide a bit of context.

Just an update, this will be rolling out here shortly (in the next couple hours)

github.comUpdate profile links blocklist by vineyardbovines · Pull Request #12168 · bluesky-social/social-appUpdates the profile links blocklist. Allows onlyfans.com and fansly.com links. Moves the remaining blocked hosts into the short link list and removes the separate blocklist.
