#Australia has 3 #RailwayTrack gauges. #QueenslandRail introduced #Narrow gauge (1067mm) in 1865 as it would be “cheaper, faster & have tighter curves”. This was the first #NarrowGauge main line in the world. In 2020 Qld had 8,146 kms of narrow gauge track. #Travel #Transport #BlueSkyArtShow
