I sometimes get these incomplete Threads posts from random people on my Instagram feed (despite me following a single account) and judging from those occasional glimpses alone it seems like a fucking hellscape.

It seems to be a backend for Instagram influencers, all out to get attention through playful listicle posts or controversial takes. I have a visceral reaction to it every time I accidentally find myself on there.
