You know I have a very long piece on this kind of secrets, right?
Happy Easter! So, just a reminder that I once did a long, in-depth look at Easter eggs in sci-fi. 🚀 Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to update that piece for four years due to a Patreon bug, so this year I plan to start over with a much more comprehensive series of articles.
Give Me the Cash!! I realize that some people don't know that this is Mathieu Kassovitz, director of La Haine, Assassin(s), Gothika, The Crimson Rivers, Babylon A.D., and actor in Amélie, Spielberg's Munich, and Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
Mark Stetson had closed Stetson Visual Services just before The Fifth Element. His previous work was the tanker in Waterworld. He joined Digital Domain for The Fifth Element. Hello bigatures!
Since I was asked, you can call large miniatures "bigatures". That's how I classify them (and I'm not alone, as it was apparently coined by Weta Workshop during the making of the Lord of the Rings trilogy).
If you like this thread, I have many more long-form pieces dedicated to the making of sci-fi on my Patreon 🖖
