I could add more, because this really goes well beyond the confines of the video game industry; the entire IT sector and the entertainment industry are affected. I have a list as long as my arm of concept artists, designers, and digital artists who can barely find any work anymore.

And it’s the same in my profession. Clients are becoming increasingly scarce. Entire lines of work are gradually disappearing. Even my own clients are at risk of vanishing in the medium term, as they, too, will be replaced—unless this becomes a political issue. Elections in France are 6 months awayšŸ‘ƒ

So choose between a Macron, who doesn't care and will let you eat your own discontent or LePen, who also doesn't care, but will let you take out your frustations on people even worse off? 😬

A truly awful choice—one I’ve had to face maybe 15 times in my life, and it’s just not fair šŸ˜…ā€”but the far right cannot be allowed to win. Too many people would suffer. But Macron is out and the game is open. ā˜ļø

Idk the landscape to really say much other than yes, far-right cannot win or gain influence. I hope Italy does right (and goes left! šŸ˜‰), especially since that would isolate our PM, Mette Frederiksen (whose party should be called National Socialistiske Danske Arbejder Parti or NSDAP).

Left of Meloni, need her out and something not as far-right as her instead. She is BFF with danish PM (from the Socialdemocrats [narrator: they are not]), and pair up, because optics are good I guess, being "tough on immigration". So a left-turned Italy (or just middle) would weaken our PMs racism.

Socialdemocrats here adopted far-right policies to regain power, and since then, in-equality has risen, education levels dropped, various forms of civil rights (right to complain) dropped, proper healthcare is pretty much "need a job and private insurance from employer" etc.
