Once a week, as predictably as death or taxes, the collector makes his rounds in the GTA. The collector generally travels alone, but it would be dangerous to attack and rob him. He’s acting on behalf of frightening people in the Hells Angels and the Mafia. Here's the latest from Peter Edwards:
