Slimy grimy Carney , leaving a door open, whilst frosting himself from scrutiny, did he address the near multiple communities under a state of emergency, or just leave the door open for future Jets and climate change forwarding measures?

Let's not kid ourselves. This expansion happens after the by-elections. Team four level chess will say that things on the ground changed and they're adapting to the new realities. Carney will get a nice gig on the Board of JP Morgan in 2030.

To counter 'forever', Toronto needs to find a reason to close the airport 'temporarily'. Public safety, environmental protection, infrastructure, or explain to Doug Ford that "commuter jet runways are the bike lanes of air transportation" ...find a reason.
