Thank you. This was an interesting and important presentation to review. I noted the date and can’t help but wonder if it is being presented in the same way now.

It clearly states that it is illegal for a soldier to follow an unlawful order. It also states that detains cannot be sent to a foreign country where they might be harmed which is exactly what ICE is doing. I hope to see the day when this admin is held accountable for the crimes they’ve committed.

Also: I encourage those that go through the slides to open the briefer's notes.

Someone should send this to DHS. Imagine if they were held to the UCMJ.
