Too true. Commanders live and work in secure systems so they can safely document the source and content of problematic orders. Eyes only “command compartment” SECRET or higher. Tim Walz would know not to give such advice publicly but would know how if asked by someone with a need to know.

In my situation the restructuring made use of torture intentional deprivation of sleep and resources to obfuscate their choices to commit atrocities. It's done as pushment for being a Whistleblower, and the process is called centurion.
