I laughed when I first read it, it's a good satire of the state of pre-LE CAs in a lot of ways, but the entire thing is ABSOLUTELY playing into stereotypes about Those Greedy Untrustworthy Foreigners in a gross way. It doesn't even add to the humor, it's just. *There.*
