Like cigarette ads so many years ago. Ubiquitous, and only beneficial to the marketers (and their agents). But, my oh my, money does have a loud voice. Ethics are in short supply, but greed, quite ubiquitous and addictive. Place your bets on who wins.

I’d watched sports my entire life, but over the past 3 years I’ve very quickly stopped while watching the wyrm that is legalized prediction markets eliminate any integrity that these sports leagues had left. No amount of money is enough for these ghouls.

They can do it all they want. But it is foolish. Also the only thing I watch on ESPN anymore is hockey and Thats through YouTube TV. I have deleted my app and cancelled my ESPN account.

Thank god for people like her. When I watch sports, I dread the annoying gambling ads and I’m wearing out the remote mute button. The gambling problem disclaimer on-screen during the commercials is preposterous. It’s like taking an alcoholic to a bar to lecture him on the evils of drinking.
