Portland Food Cart Alert: I just spotted a soon-to-be-opened Eggslut location at the Mississippi Avenue Marketplace food cart pod. This used to be the Fried Egg I'm in Love cart, which graduated to a brick-and-mortar location on Fremont and Mississippi a couple of years ago.

Haven’t eaten at Fried Egg yet and they won’t get my business until they end their union-busting.
