Yes! It's a great event. A regular pilgrimage for me and the team. Highlight of thr year, lots of cool people, projects, ideas, and talks. Would love to see you there 😁

I mean, I'd be curious to see what people are doing in this part of the industry, but I worry that there'll be quite a few who can't tell the difference between procedural generation and AI generation 🤔

There are usually some AI talks, most are trying to use it in interesting/clever ways (e.g. local, narrative, reviewing output, testing). A couple have been more blatant but the audience are very aware of what's what.

We shouldn't have to be using it for narrative though. That's the creative bit! Why would anyone who cares even remotely about creativity want to hand the narrative off to a machine?

This is true, and I'm not convinced by those talk(s), but I suggest giving them a watch as there is still food for thought within. Some examples to follow...
