I don't do commissions anymore (usually due to just not having the time for them) but one thing I usually try to tell people when they are pushing their commissions is to format some of them in a way where you provide a use case for the art. For example, simple portraits are effectively icons/pfps.

another good one is selling busts that are pngtubers. i technically have a commissions tab and one of the categories is just "oc art/streamer assets" lol

This is if you are lost on how to format what you want to offer. Usually customers are more likely to make a decision if they can connect the use-case to a need they have.
