Building safety from day one is crucial. For AI agents, that means a standardized governance layer over tool execution. A platform needs to define secure boundaries (sandboxing) and manage data flow to guarantee the "AI Safety Armor" you describe. Excellent framework thinking!

Exactly. Safety has to be built right into the execution layer instead of just patched on later as an afterthought. Definitely more work upfront, but it's non-negotiable for what we're launching here. I appreciate the breakdown!
