I am at a loss for words. The new policies are just so stupid. What do you say to stupid other than “this is stupid.” It’s so stupid on its face, a lucid coherent rebuttal seems inappropriate. As if the system hasn’t already been biased enough, now this.

It is really tough- this was a good guide to how to respond: elizabethginexi.substack.com/p/what-we-ne... also when you go to comment, regulations.gov also has a "how to leave an effective comment" guide. But the reality is: this is for sure bad faith and offensive :(
