I used to work at Disneyland, and I had to deal with a group of line jumpers. Long story short, they threatened to report me to city hall. At that moment, I started giving them my description, because there were two other Tony's there and I didn't want them pulled in on this clusterfuckery. (1/2)

The moment I started saying that there were two other Tony's on the docks, and started making sure they described me correctly, the next person in the queue just started laughing. A full on, embarrass the line cutters laugh. I think about him sometimes, and I hope he's having a good day. (2/2)
