Moskowitz was one of only 12 Democrats who voted for a 2023 Republican aid package to Israel — which receives billions of dollars in annual U.S. funding — as the Israeli military killed thousands of Palestinian civilians in Gaza following the October 7, 2023 Hamas-led attack.
