We’ve stopped shipping to EU and USA because we can’t figure it out. Seems in EU now you have to have a representative in each country to be fully compliant?

My understanding is that existing legacy products may not be required to meet the full set of regulatory requirements, but new ones are captured. You can also have a single EU representative, and there are companies that offer this as a service for a fee.

I’m reading one per country, ahead of time, regardless what you sell. Nobody seems 100% confident, even the responsible officials 🤦‍♂️

No way I can comply with representation in 27 countries at my scale. It hasn't affected me yet, nor has the €3 charge. I am just trying to keep going as long as I can, dealing with the immediate problems as they occur. Maybe one of the marketplaces will step up to the mark and provide a solution?
