I read every single Discworld book for the first time in like 3 months (not the YA spinoffs)

that must have been a wild ride. I do love how Pratchett created a mirror to our civilization that really calls out the bullshit everywhere.

My conclusion is that "reading orders" are stupid and you should just read them in publication order lol. I generally did not like the consensus picks like Hogfather but I really liked the weird ones commenting on social issues in thatcher's Britain and more esoteric stuff like the golems
