How come you can't say that Tamara specifically identifies the gaps in the system as women and community involvement groups. Is it because UKRI awards the funding to people just like themselves, so #WhiteMaleStale gets the research funding again! #GenderPayGap #CommunityFundingGap #BloodyObvious
