The Left Hand of Darkness and The Dispossessed might be (imho) one of the best pieces of Science Fiction ever written. No idea why Le Guin is rarely mentioned with the big ones of SciFi (Asimov, Heinlein, Clarke, Dick).

Wizard of Earthsea transformed my world as a child and a big part of it has stayed with me for the past 50 years.

Oh, nice! 📌 #BookWishlist

Amazing writer - the earthsea series is chicken noodle soup for the soul

Public information announcement: it's quite possible to get the books onto non-kobo devices (e.g. kindle), but it's a faff and a half, and probably involves mild illegality, depending on your jurisdiction.

so can you read these on kindle?

It looks as though these are only available on the Kobo platform? Damn. That page is confusing and IMO misleading. I'm going to see if I can cancel my purchase.

Highly recommend all her books, I've read them over and over...Especially the Left Hand of Darkness.
