It's soul food during winter here. Like cale. Fun fact: whenever I buy a Swede, no matter what grocery store I'm in, the origin is the UK. Are our farmers too stupid to grow them, or do you just have the perfect climate?

Honestly, UK growers have got the climate sweet spot for them. Swedes love cool, wet summers and frost doesn't bother them once they're established. Your lot probably finds them too fiddly to store or ship? They're not exactly compact. Grow one yourself this year and you'll never buy imported aga...
