If she ends up running in 2028, this is basically a litmus test for if DSA as a whole has evolved into a viable political organization. Do we continue the strategy that basically created modern DSA in the first place (with Bernie's campaigns), or do we shut ourselves into irrelevance

Like, if you wiped the memories of everyone currently in DSA and sent us all back in time to 2016 or 2020, does the org endorse Bernie Sanders for president? If the answer is no, then DSA basically does not deserve to exist in the state it currently does. This is basically the same question imo
